Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right starting course?
If parallel parking feels unclear, start with a beginner path that teaches angle references and slow wheel movement. If you can already parallel but struggle in garages, focus on reverse-in modules.
What equipment do I need for online lessons?
A stable internet connection and a device with a camera for feedback are ideal. For practice, use a quiet lot, cones or soft markers, and painter’s tape for reference lines if allowed.
Are on-site sessions held on public roads?
We use quiet streets and open lots with clear space. We comply with local laws and avoid high-traffic areas during instruction.
What’s the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before a session. Within 24 hours, we offer credits that never expire. No-shows are treated as completed to protect instructor time.
Do you provide accessible instruction?
Yes. We adapt cues for different body types and mobility needs, use large-font materials, and offer extended time. Tell us what support helps you learn best.
How long should I practice between sessions?
Short, frequent sessions are best: 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times per week. Use our Soft Focus Timer to keep the cadence gentle.
Can I bring my own car?
Yes. Using your own vehicle improves transfer of learning. Ensure it is insured, roadworthy, and that mirrors are adjustable.
Is there a certificate?
Upon request, we issue a completion letter summarizing hours, topics covered, and demonstrated skills. This is not a state license or guarantee of future outcomes.
Do you coach EV drivers differently?
We account for regenerative braking feel and low-speed torque. The core cues remain the same: reference points, slow wheels, clear stop points.
How are lessons scheduled and rescheduled?
Book directly through your account dashboard. Reschedules are free up to 48 hours before class and unlimited with 24 hours notice. We send reminder texts and emails automatically.
