These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TwinkleNest Drive Studio website, courses, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally permitted to operate a vehicle under applicable laws to participate in on-road coaching.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Course purchases and cancellations
- Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change over time.
- Refunds are available up to 24 hours before a scheduled session; otherwise we issue credits that do not expire.
- No-shows may be counted as completed for staffing fairness.
4. Safety and conduct
- Follow instructor guidance, traffic laws, and posted signs at all times.
- Do not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or when fatigued.
- Use vehicles that are insured, roadworthy, and compliant with local regulations.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, record, or redistribute course materials without permission.
- Do not disrupt classes or misuse the site, including attempts to bypass security.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, including text, curricula, and brand elements, are owned by TwinkleNest Drive Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational guidance but cannot guarantee any specific driving or parking outcome. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwinkleNest Drive Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TwinkleNest Drive Studio against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Services
We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. When changes materially affect you, we will provide notice where feasible.
